You should contact the customer support! I usually save mine the entire month and open them all during VIP events to have some more energy, film my show and get K-stars, although next weekend is Christmas so opened everything I have saved today with no issues
I got the hair in my free box, but it seems like I’m not getting any extra event points… NPC’s drop only 1 point when invited, and I get no bonus after completing a 3h party either ):

Since we're getting the ice queen's look, I wish they had given her different hair. That hair makes my doll look like she had a dollop of whipped cream dumped on her head.
Is there any way to complete this event faster? I’m inviting people where I can but I feel like Ím missing something ? It takes so much energy just for a 3 hr party.

Sadly, 3 hour parties take almost a whole bar of energy, but it's the best way to finish the event. It goes faster once you get an item and start getting two event points per guest instead of one.

So earlier I messaged support asking about the dating event rewards in the gift box and this is how they responded lol
I think they thought you meant old gb items like shirts and bags you might get in daily boxes too but already was confirmed that the event points you get are still party event points they just forgot to change the icons from the love event is not like if you get event point in the GB they don't get added to your earnables
@MsMKT86 You're not really missing out. It sits on the doll's head really weird. If we're going to keep getting hats that are separate from the hair, Glu needs to make sure they look decent with at least some of the hairstyles.
