Dolls, is there anything I can do? My actual score (which would put me into 3rd place) isn't showing up on the TS leaderboard. Instead, I'm in 6th place. I contacted support, but do you think I should claim prizes for the lower spot or wait for customer support instead? Any experience with this? I'm now convinced this has been happening before and I just never noticed.
Submitted an extra ticket bc I was 9 points away from the last earnable and ended in 9th place in Gold! I actually LOVE the hair and headpiece + the red dress = chef’s kiss ♥️
My scores were bad and picked up in the last looks, still had to submit my extra saved tickets to get the items because I'm a capricorn and I loved everything 😍

My scores were AWFUL the entire event, had to submit three extra tickets just to get the earnable dress but ended up getting the TS hair, shoes, and horns which I really like!

Take screenshots and send them to support. They *should* send you whatever you're missing, regardless of whether you claim the lower rewards or not. If they don't help, message Kalinda with the screenshots of your issue, screenshots of the full chat with support, and a short summary of what's going on.
