Problems with ads for locked items

Hey, so i have a question. In the few past SYS events I haven’t got a chance to watch a video to unlock a locked item(that i already used). Also, when i open daily boxes, i no longer have the option to watch an ad to open one more( only the kstar option) . Anyone else has this problem? What should i do?
