Update:
I had to restart my phone and then I got my looks back but the ticket I submitted that started this mess wasn't added to my other scores. I checked and saw I got 5 hearts for it too. I contacted support in hopes that they would give me a free ticket to reimburse the one I lost. This whole thing made me go from 3rd place to 9th😭 I hope I get my ticket back.

Update part 3: I can't tell if the time change caused the glitch for me but I contacted support last night and still haven't received a reply and it's a whole day later🙃 So I'm definitely not getting that ticket back. I just wanted the TS handheld prize and I was gonna get it if this stupid glitch didn't happen 😭

Contacted support about how I would lose my last free ticket due to the time change and this was their response:

”We do understand your concern here with the Free ticket and unfortunately, it is as per the game design and we'll not be able to add the ticket.”

can’t say I’m surprised so unfortunately had to use one of my saved tickets to submit a 14th look and be able to get the handheld drink 🙄
