Question for this at level 99

I’ve been at level 99 for a week the the yellow line hasn’t appeared. I’ve seen other people at 99 with the yellow line and was wondering if it’s normal for some. Sorry if that doesn’t make sense English is my second language

Keep playing, the box will begin to fill with the yellow.  It just takes much longer.
