Game not working

My game is not working at all today. Is it only happening to me? 

I tried to open it and as usually took a while “downloading” idk what but it does it every single time since the last update, when it finally finished doing that I could see my doll but the screen was dark and then the game shut down. Tried to open it again and it immediately shuts down and locks my phone. What is happening now???
