It has been 2 weeks since I got so chic in London store. I thought her chat icon  suppose to be yellow with 3 dots asking me what event will I like to do boost store rating? Should I reach out to glu report this problem?

yes, please send a ticket to Support.  What does the NPC say? If she’s not offering the gigs, she should be saying come back soon or something like that. But if that’s not happening, by all means send a ticket to Chstomer Care.  Sorry this is happening.

When I tap on chat icon, this message I am receiving. I will reach out to customer service today. Thank you

It looks like You need to finish the 8hr gig so you can get the reward and then the timer Will reset and You Will get the yellow bubble in 3 days to do all 3 gigs again

I completed all three gigs but still waiting on Mia call
