    LOVE the fog machine effect and the boots! I'm still hoping the fishnet top thigh high boots become available for gems soon. I missed out on the last two really nice over the knee boots.

    Raves are more of a 90s things so I don't know why this is Y2k. It's in the later 2000s that neo-rave was a thing.
