Send a ticket ket to Customer Care, include your her screenshot.  Has it resolved after you changed clothes?  Include that info in your ticket.

I forgot to screenshot my last looks before they disappeared lmao but got 2nd in Silver III - I was manifesting to get tied 2nd place with the player below me but then I don’t think they submitted their last ticket 😢 I really like how the dress dyes - it can be used for so many themes depending on the colour and I don’t really have any of the other mermaid style clothes in the game and it can be used for that too so I’m really glad I got it 💕
