Fans/paparazzi outside of Bel Air mansion missing

So when I reached number 1 on the celeb list I bought the fans/paparazzi outside the Bel Air mansion for I believe 10-15 kstars. Then I started the comeback and they disappeared. I assumed that they'd come back once I got to number 1 again but they haven't. Anyone else experience this? I contacted CS but they want photo proof but I never took a SS of it. Any help would be appreciated 😊
