No white daily gift boxes

Hi all, new player here
Playing on Android mobile, game is up to date.
So I'm missing the daily white gift box for some reason?
I've got the starlet kollection grey box and the black kollections box beside it, but I'm not getting the white gift box?
I got it on my first day a few hours in, but I've been playing a few days more since then and am still yet to receive another... Just wondering if this is due to the starlet kollection? Do I have to finish that first maybe? I had them both on the first day though
I read the FAQ but haven't adjusted or messed with my phone time settings.
Any help would be great, just thought I'd ask here before raising a ticket
