I cannot get a single reply from support

I haven’t been receiving my diamonds and dyes from boxes and show your style for quite some time. I’ve messaged the support chat several times and have never received a response despite it being more than a week since I raised this. 

Im at a disadvantage for show your style and for the season challenges (despite paying for the all access pass) because I can’t spend diamonds or use or buy dyes. 

I had my game reset and lost all my starts and a hell of a lot of progress and couldn’t get help, but I kept playing anyway. 

I’m a vip member and have spent a lot of money on this game, yet I can’t even receive a basic level of customer service
