White screen

I have played this game since it first came out. Right in the middle if playing it crashed and went to white screen. I have followed all instructions which has worked. But have to start from the beginning. I have spent money on this game. And lost all my progress. This feels like a rip off now. Total fraud

@kokokokonut Can we honestly have any feedback on when the game would come back on and whether or not our progress will remain intact. It's really annoying at the moment knowing IOS users are going about the game like nothing is happening, while android users are practically locked out of the game for weeks. We have SYS events to win, squads we have to keep up with lest we get removed from them and Players Choice rewards we need to win. It's a really disheartening situation for such a big game
