The game is not responding (again)

Sooo i was open my game this morning and suddenly i can't log in to my game because connection issues even though nothing wrong with my internet services cause the other apps working just fine. then try to restarting my phone a few time hoping it would fix the problem somehow but it's not. and after several hours i try it again and this is what i've got.
