cant restore my game

hii. ive been playing for long like 2 years ago and spent a lot of money and time but quit at some point. now i decided to play again but when i try to restore from fb it takes so much time and then says there is no save. but there is 😭 what can i do? i wish i could login by gmail i have thousands of mails and receipts from the game but none memtion my account number i think and theres no option to login from email
