Trouble getting into the game

Is anyone else getting kicked out of the game right after entering it? I couldn't finish my quests because of it. I'm on Samsung S23+

I’ll go try.  Can you grab a screenshot or does it just kick you out?  If you have your ID #, you can go here, and submit a ticket using the Contact Us button. Good luck, sorry you are having this trouble.

Interesting thing - yesterday one of my games got the white screen. After trying for an hour. I went to the Play Store and opened the game from there, its been fine ever since.
