I cant send friend requests even though I’m signed in

So me and my friend want to add each other, however I am not given the option to add her because it says to sign into game center to add people, but I already AM signed in. Ive added her on game center and everything and she’s seeing the same thing. We’ve tried signing in through facebook too and nothing. We’re both welcomed into the game by Game Center where it shows the notification when you open the app saying “signed in as ____”

Nothing happened so I sent a ticket to Glu.
They're aware of the issue and working on it, but there is no ETA at the moment.
I'm on iOS and Game Center as well, but none of my friends are playing KKH.
Maybe try to raise it with the Support Team?

Be patient though, it seems they are always swarmed with tickets, so it'll take time.
