need help with Game center!!

me and my boyfriend wanted to connect with each other (I made him download this game lol) but we were having trouble with it. It tells us to sign into the game center when we’re both already signed in. We tried connecting with our facebooks but that didn’t help either! Please help

I am having this same problem. I probably haven’t been to the forum and game in two years. Help would be appreciated and I will try to continue to search in the forum for answers.
