Can you still link up with friends in KKH? (iOS)

My cousins and I are hoping to play the game together until it sunsets but we linked our accounts years ago via iOS Game Center, which now seems to be defunct. I've also linked up with some dolls here via Facebook in the past but the game hasn't allowed me to sign into Facebook for a few years now. Is it still possible to add friends in the game?
