can't go from an E-lister to a D-lister?

I have gotten media coverage, gone to photo shoots, commercials, etc. But I just for some reason can't go from an e lister to a d lister? How do you upgrade?

    You have to keep gaining fans by doing projects :) The fans is what you need in order to become a higher rank celebrity :3

    I believe you need about 5k but it might be 8k :)

    I think it takes a longer time to get out of the E and D list than the B and C list (from my personal experience). Just keep doing tasks and you should be there soon.
