I got nowhere. I told them not to call me again unless the someone doing the calling can change the outcome. Basically, I called to change my data use last year, a guy Mark calls me back, apologizing for the bait and switch and tells me I can have 10GB/3 lines 145. I say great. Then they never did it. So I called back to say when is the credit being applied and my new plan going into effect, they said they had no indications of anything, and ended up knocking it down to 6GB for 155, and told me it was a one year committment. This year I call to renegotiate or leave, and they told me, it was not one it was two. Then they said even when Mark called it wasn't knocked down to 1 year. I said, so you See Mark called me? ANd gave me 10 GB for 145? They said yes. I blew a gut. So now, they're lying to me, and saw Mark's deal all along.
So, as usual, an impasse with the phone company. Nothing will happen, but if higherups continue to call me, I will continue to tell them they're stupid for not seeing the big picture. I want a head mucketymuck who can change things to call, or have Mark call and explain to me why he was blowing smoke up my skirt a year ago. It's kind nice though. The phone company texts me to expect their call, then they call and I insult them. I'll do this for a year. There is no way a company can explain "We lied to you because we didn't want to honor the promise our representative gave you."
Anyway, now I want to write to Breezyboii (still prone to typos on this. I'm sorry) and splain why I modified his graphic.

See, until they can mark it 'satisfied' they have to contact me. I'm not going to say it. But I feel terrible. Talk about rude. I knew this moderator who had the rude ness to alter a graphic without the knowledge of the poster first. It was BreeZybooi (whose name I've been mistyping since he got here ((Rude right there too)) ) I loved the sentiment, wanted everyone to share in his witicism. So I grabbed it, opened up 2 graphic programs and altered a 9 frame gif, posted it online and slipped in the original's place before anyone was any the wiser. But I'm too honest, so I immediately wanted to say, sorry, but otherwise it would have been removed.
So I throw myself on the mercy of the posters, and especially BreeZyBooi. Now, I have painstakingly tried to type it from memory. a) hope it was the same both times. lol b) really hope it was right.
