    So. Will it ever be fixed? Last update I only got to do the first gig, with Misty's fashion shows. This update I only was invited to the casino opening, met Perez and Willow there, completed it, read tweets from Ray and Perez, then Simon called me saying "I call you later" and then nothing. I'm so tired of this. How long will it be going on?

    Some things are timed. I haven't finished that gig yet, the casino opening, but Android hasn't even gotten their update yet, so it's very new. Wait a while before you say there is nothing else. I'm sure the Adoption store...er center will open and that will entail plenty of gigs.

    Have you completed the dating Event? Gotten the full outfit? That's something to aspire to.

    I'm an Android 4.4.2 user on level 31 in the game, and just installed the new Miraggio Casino/Perez Hilton update last night. I received one gig, which was to attend the grand opening of Miraggio Casino, where I did choose to brawl with Willow Pape and throw my drink at her, and I also mentioned to Ray Powers something along the lines of "wouldn't you anyways?" (when it came to reporting scandalous stuff, as he was down-talking Perez for being a trashy blogger and not a real journalist).

    So, yeah. Once I finished that gig, Simon said he would call if he has anything new for me. I went down to Hollywood and checked in with both Simon and Maria and their offices, and nada. :(

    In retrospect, I still am working on quests from the Tokyo update, so perhaps once I am completely finished with those Simon will call me with new quests related to this latest update?

    part of the weekend gig is tied in to a specific tokyo so you probably do need to finish those up before

    yes ^^^^^^^^ I did the one casino gig in Vegas with Perez, and then Simon started calling me for the tokyo gigs. One on the runway at JBN(?) and a party with a special guest at Lavish. I'm finishing them now as well. Get through your other gigs, and then you can accurately judge if you're suffering from the No New Gigs Glitch. Keeping my fingers crossed it doesn't happen to any more people.

    Still happening to me. I don't think Glu has a sense of urgency to fix this issue considering it's not affecting a large amount of players.

    Get through your other gigs, and then you can accurately judge if you're suffering from the No New Gigs Glitch.

    I don't have any other gigs. I'm experiencing this issue since the comeback update. Unfortunately.
    Maybe my storyline can't progress because I didn't do older quests which I didn't recieve? Who knows.

    Anyways. It seems like Glu is not going to do anything about this problem, they just don't care. I'm not gonna delete my game, I love playing and I've been a loyal player of KKH since early July, but now I am very disappointed.
    I wish someone would at least provide us with any kind of information concerning this issue. Smth like "We are unable to fix this. Start over!" or "It will be fixed in the next update" idk :(

    I'm sorry Kate, I wasn't telling you. I know the majority of people in this thread aren't getting any other gigs. What I said should have used a quote, to show I was replying to the person who said they still had gigs to do. I'm sure any one of you wish you had to gigs to do right now.

    I am sorry this is happening, believe me I wish I could wave a magic wand over everything but I can't. I can tell you that Glu monitors this and the other issue threads, They're working on things I believe, but they're human. There are mothers and fathers and husbands and they're all just people. Can you imagine a problem, and all you say is "We're working on it". Let me read back and see the last info of any kind to come through (crosses fingers and says 'oh please don't let it be me. Oh Please') and I'll be right back.

    Oh, but please don't quote me out of context. When I first saw it I thought, oh, no, I wasn't clear it was in reference to the other poster with goals. How cavalier I must seem. Then I read again and realized you had used my words to your own purpose. So, I don't feel so bad anymore. I do enough dumb things on my own, I don't need help. :) I'll be right back.

    kokokokonut, I wasn't attacking you or anything, and I didn't want to offend you. I think you are very nice and always ready to help and this forum is very lucky to have you. It's just that I'm upset about my game.
    I don't 'hate" Glu and I know that they have plenty of things to do apart from their work. They contacted me in March, asked about my Game ID, so I'm sure they are trying to do something. The purpose of my posting here was that I tried to be noticed, because this thread was pushed way back on the third page and it seemed like everyone forgot about it. I just wanted someone from the staff to address this issue. I would be extremly happy if someone just wrote "We are working on it".
    Again, I wasn't trying to use your words against you or anything, and I hate to be seen as a person with bad intentions or as a rude person. Thank you for all that you are doing for this forum and I hope the gig issue will never get to your game.

    I didn't think you were attacking me. I was overly sensitive. But that's how it happened. I saw the quote and it smacked me in the face like something Marie Antoinette said about cake once. So I thought "OMG what an A$$Hat I was to say that". So, what you heard, (because I wrote it. LOL) was a sigh of self relief saying "Oh thank God, that's not what happened" . You hear frustration, because if someone was repeatedly telling me "Oh they're working on it" "Please be patient." "List your Details" ANd aren't there times you see a dopey smiley face and you want to smack the monitor and say "I want my game beck Dippy". I feel like Mary Poppins with an empty bag. Or the Wizard of Oz, after he bestoys the things on the 4some, but Dorothy says "I don't think there's anything in that bag for me, Wizard" I feel for everyone with the problems, and I would turn myself inside out to help. Don't apologize, it was like a cry for help, and I can't do much, but I heard it, and I wanted to help more.

    So, the best thing I could think of was a poll. We'll see how that goes. Hopefully, it will encourage some response better than my dopey smiley faces and a 'be strong' attitude. But no worries, You're a very nice person, Sometimes I read my responses and alter the 'stupid' out. Or at least acknowledge it, and it was like "OMG what stoopid thing did I say now." It's all good, if you'll accept my apology for what appeared to be jumping on you. I didn't mean to.
    Now, I'm off to take a look at the poll, and hope some people are using it. :)

See I want to help, and even though I know Glu is monitoring this thread, I though it we showed graphical data about percentages of those NOT being helped might bring new energy to the issue.

    Am I missing something? Should I have just sent another email to Glu with the thread link and said People are still experiencing this issue, what should I tell them? I thought a new approach might help. Ok, I'm here if you need me, wish I could help you.

    Hi! I need to let you and everyone else know that KK:H_Staff contacted me via PM yesterday. They told me that using my Hollywood ID (which I have sent them in March) they were able to investegate the issue and now they know what the problem is. I won't get into details, but this problem is quite hard to solve, that is why it was taking them so long to find it.

    However, (shortened quote: ) "to solve both your problem and other people's in the future (if any), we will be adding a new development tool in the next update that will .... unblock the ... quests for you". So there's that!

    I guess I and all the other people experiencing this or other issues should just wait for the next update.

    I personally was extremely happy to recieve this message yesterday. Hope the next update will be out quite soon (I won't push it though - the previous one came out just recently) and all of the problems will be solved.

    Thanks for this update. It explains why everyone got so quiet all of a sudden. I feel better. I can't fathom all that has to keep the game running smooth, and we are so invested in this game, if a device starts to die, we do what we can to 'save the game' like our little dolls are real.

    I second KatePilgrim, thanks Glu for the updated info. A little goes a long way. Keeping those fingers crossed for a fix. :)

    I voted on the poll (contacted and it is a dead end) and I really appreciate that you're trying everything in your power to help. I guess I don't have much faith that Glu will even take it seriously since this has been happening for so long without a solution and they basically told me there's nothing they can do. So maybe that's why not many people have taken the poll? I'm not sure.

    Have you been getting what we call side gigs from Simon? THey are not related to any storyline, they're just things to do while you're waiting to do your event/quest things. I know that Glu is privately contacting people in an effort to get their games going. So, please hang on, Thanks for posting your details, and between one on one assistance that is probably forthcoming, we also have the big update to look forward to. I am really hoping that this update answers/solves a number of issues. ANd you just have to know that they want everyone getting quests and playing.

    Anything that interrupts games play, and makes people sit it out waitng for help just HAS to be top priority. They send out fixes, that helps a lot of people. THen they have to examine an pinpoint why not everyone was helped. From there, they painstakingly work to 'plug all the leaks' till everyone is once again playing and enjoying quests. Small consolation I know, but they are trying to help everyone.

    Yeah, the poll was a fail. lol. But I had to give it a shot (To be honest, someone here was very upset, thought nothing was being done, so I tossed up the poll to bring more attention to the issue. (But don't tell Glu that. lol. They'll stop reading my polls.) ) So please hang in there.

    I had my first comeback and I started completing the comeback gigs first before completing the gigs I HAD BEFORE THE COMEBACK, such as Perez Hilton's gig about getting revenge on Willow Pape. I'm sorry I don't remember which comeback goal I received last, but I remember I had another gig about the Jenner sisters planning their vacation on different locations. This gig happened way before I had my comeback and I finished Kendall's gig first. But suddenly, after completing the comeback gigs, I received a call from Kendall about surprising Kylie at Miami (I believe) and then after completing that, I received a gig called The Sisters Soiree at Malibu. I'm so confused why this gig was split into two which half of it happened before I had my comeback and the other half of it happened after I wanted to do a comeback. PLEASE HELP ME, I TRIED EVERYTHING.

    No quests, I have two glitches (Crowdfunding Bash and Personal Time both wont complete)
    There are no storyline thats uncompleted and Ive checked every store, restaurant and house. Please fix it :/

    I was promised that the update will fix this bug, but it didn't happen. After the app was updated, I got a call from Simon, he told me something about having some postponed or late gigs for me (I don't remember the exact quote and I didn't take a screenshot as I was too excited). Then the storyline seemed to continue, I completed the quest with the XVX drink promotion and right after that got a call from Simon for a regular side-gig.

    What's going on? Why hasn't it been fixed?

    Hi Kate and karakarley, and anyone else who took the update and arent' getting quests. I'm going to Start a new thread. I hear the groan, I made it myself. This thread is very old, and some people aren't stuck anymore, some are, and some new ones are now stuck. So. I know, it seems so ineffective to just make a new thread about it, but I want to make sure all the posters on the new list are not getting tasks. And then I will send the url of the new thread to Glu, and we'll try and get new results. So. Let me post the new thread, again, I'm sorry, I know you're getting tired of posting your details, but if one more post makes the difference between being stuck in the mud, or breezing down the highway, I'm sure you'll agree it's worth it.
