You should send an in game ticket. If not that perhaps they will take notice on forums.

Hi. Ok, this was addressed at while back. Some babies switched appearance with the update the last week in June I believe. Then appearances were to have been changed back a few weeks ago. I will see what I can find out for you first thing in the morning and update you. Sleep well, and very sorry this happened.

Tell them you were unaware there was a fix available, and ask if they could please change your baby back. List all the info they need, and follow their color guides to correctly identify the colors.

ng on. I'll see what I can find out. It's been 2 months since the change, so another day isn't so bad, right? In the meantime, take pictures, you might miss the little darling if they do get it changed back. Can I ask what platform you're playing on?
(as far as not being able to use InGame Messaging, what happens when you get to this screen?

i am playing the game on my ipad. as for when i get to the ingame messaging it doesnt not give me the memo icon to submit a ticket for help. is there another way i can get the that if not what else can i do?

The only other way is to contact customer service through email but I'm not sure how that will benefit because, in this situation, they will most likely suggest you send an in-game ticket.

Ok, I just checked my iPad this morning and where Danielle's device said Contact us, where my photo showed the icon for Contact Us, there was nothing in that spot. In that case, you must type to try and bring up an answer, it brings up suggestions, scroll to the bottom of the suggetions, and there is Contact Us. or It could be the Contact Us icon. Maybe it will say Hit me Up. But it's on that page somewhere.
