I am trying the steps again, since maybe a new update might make it work or something but my old phone does not want to cooperate at all. I've been at it for like the past 20 mins.
As I described before, the professional relationship with my doll back to zero and he is at the end of my list as a new friend that I just added! He used to be the second at my list!
This google stuff is so annoying! I just saw that a friend that I removed from my contacts like 6 months ago finally is gone, but he took with him DMV, ticisss and Beyonce33 that were removed from my list and I don't know why!
Their dolls weren't changing clothes for a while, but we're still connected!

The story.
They saw Jax turn into a girl, ran and told me. I was first depressed, I crumbled and thought my game was gone. But then rage took over, and I didn't want to lose to Glu.
I thought there was a glimmer of hope when I reached out to Glu and got responsive and helpful replies. But then soon enough, nothing came back. It was Christmas, understandable, it was New Year's, understandable. But after that, each time I was told that I'll be get back to on so and so date, nil. I would wait 2 weeks and nothing. This whole cycle repeated forever, 2 months has since passed. I believe I belong in a special league to have such patience. I waited 2 months to no help, and if no one gives me help, then I'll get it myself.
So I spent an entire day troubleshooting, I love Google. My old phone wasn't cooperating. The game would just crash so much. My phone would shut itself down because the battery percentage would suddenly read 0% and shut down. You guys have no idea how many times I've had to reboot the phone! Before this, I've tried over 30 times the entire steps Glu posted and the transfer failed. During this whole process, I had to try different and extra steps, 20 times it failed but on the last try I got him! I screamed for real! It was a series of different configuration and steps I believe.
But, I knew I lost all progress from around End November onward when I saw Jax dressed like this in the middle of a gig.
Regardless of the disappointment and how long it has dragged on, I'm just relieved I was able to retrieve Jax. I'm so glad to see Vats posting Jax in the correct outfit on the fashion thread! And I finally see Ali and Garrett in my game too.
You really do have a lot of patience, and it finally paid off.
Oh, and the contacts.. The female Jax is gone now lol! But yeah, it took away other people too. I also removed a couple of friends, they're gone. It's been a while since Beyonce disappeared from my game, and Tici never appeared.
On the bright side, I've chosen my second comeback yay!

His doll became a woman, and then he went back to normal.
