I don't know if this is a problem or where I should type this, but ever since the 7.4 update I'm only able to open one gift box per day whereas before I could open an extra by watching a video. That's a bummer and I can understand why that happens, but my bigger issue is I'm a Bronze VIP and I have seen maybe 2 bronze tiles since. What stinks is I still get Gold VIP tiles which are of course useless to me and have chosen then like 3 times in the last 5 days! I know I'm not supposed to get one every day, but I feel like it's impossible to get a complete set even more so now and I'm wasting my money.

Same here @KaylaJ! I know bonus daily gift boxes arent a given, but I miss them and get so bummed whenever I see I don’t have the option anymore lol. And I also almost never get bronze tiles, but I somehow always manage to click a gold or silver one that I can’t so anything with anyway ?

I’m really sorry for those who have issues that can’t seem to have a timely fix. Also outside influences, like a setting you may have turned on or off, or someone said they play through some app, my 1st thought, take the new app off and play directly. That kind of thing. Because when a small amount of people can’t play it’s usually something that that’s smaller group of people all have in common and so it’s harder to find because it’s a smaller group. That’s just off the top of my head but it seems logical. It doesn’t help I know.

Please help me I can't play my game is crashing always and I need your help I'm android user I contact the customer service ticket from glu but the say me something about the Wi-Fi must be at least in 10 Mb and I'm sorry but my game always works with my 3 Mb of Wi-Fi connection so please moderators and plYers helps me with this because since the update 7.4.1 I can't play.
I am not missing out on the Halloween event, so I gave up on getting any help from Glu and just restarted my game. I was able to download a backup I saved, but it's pretty old, so I still lost over 6 months of progress. I really hate hacking games to get items you didn't earn and would still never do it myself, but after this experience, I think I'm a little more sympathetic towards hackers (and less sympathetic towards Glu). ?
Again all dolls are frozen in my game? Anyone with the same problem? I think it happened after the last update, but I am not so sure, since I dont play regularly anymore...
First suggestion is to check and made sure you're signed into Facebook. That's what happened to a bunch of us, after the update......almost a month ago? You have to play more doll. Check that and let me know.

Hi i’m Sorry this is happening, again or still. Glu is aware of the various problems, the crashing, the freezing, the ads. Everyone has a little something. I know I just try to lighten it up. But Glu is really good at assessing problems and restoring the game to goodness. But for androids, and I have 2...its more complex. With iOS it’s all Apple devices. Closed systems. With Androids, how many manufacturers can you name right off the bat? A bunch. The Glu gods are great, they just have to work more to cover all devices.
