Thank you, Glu, for working so hard to create an event format where we can all be interactively involved in this game. It's hard to please everyone all of the time, but the amount of time that must go into planning, designing, and programming has to be beyond what any of us could imagine and I appreciate it. I wanted to thank you for the recent additions of dyes, the 3 free earnable outfits this last update, the diamond option which allows me to get many things that I had missed out on getting from the years I didn't play, listening to our requests for more handhelds and auras (microphone, laptop, fireflies, music notes just to mention a few), the kash Korkov dress from the pop up store, and the huge 5th anniversary event that you guys put together for us this year.. It's easy to take all of the good things you do for granted, so just wanted to let you know I appreciate all you do. Please pass this along @KalindaKing, @eggsandbananas, @kokokokonut.
While I can understand showing appreciation for aspects of the game we are pleased about, I can’t help but point out that this game is actually a product that we download, use, and in some cases make purchases from. We are the customers using this product. It is Glu’s job to make sure this product is of high quality and to provide service to customers that use this product. When something is wrong, we have a right to point it out and we have a RIGHT to complain if the level of customer service is poor!
I am glad to see so many people finally speaking up that they are not happy with things in this game lately. 1. The unfairness of the SYS/TS event. 2. The so called problems with watching videos for stars. 3. The obvious manipulation of odds for giftboxes and kollections. 4. The lack of resolutions when contacting support for help. These are just a few things that have been recently talked about and it is totally reasonable to expect that these issues are addressed.
As customers, many of us paying customers, we need to continue to speak up and ask for good quality, fair play, and decent customer service.
Mike groups are very chill my groups are very chill and laid back there's no evidence of anyone jumping ahead hundreds of pointsm. I don't know how I managed it but I ended up in three very chill nice groups.I

I just look look at the forum threads and I see comment after comment about people being displeased about issues that just keep going on and on. Glu needs to know this isn’t acceptable and people need to tell them..... lots of people because that’s what gets Glu’s attention!
I'm noticing people are straying away from the theme as this SYS goes on (not with anyone on the forums, more so in the voting booth)... I'm seeing more cocktail dresses and gowns appearing which are now getting the popular vote, versus the dolls in casual wear. The number of votes I'm getting has also lowered too. I started off pretty decent scoring in the 40s with the first 5 looks and I'm still submitting looks with the same casual style, but now I'm only earning 20-30 votes for my recent submissions.. I don't necessarily care for the earnable outfit. It just sucks because I had hope in finally completing an SYS event, but with how the voting is going it now seems impossible. Sorry if I sound like a big baby.
@SugarK I 100% agree with everything you said. I agree that glu should be given praise when it’s deserved, but I think the majority of the forum can agree that right now the negative aspects of the game far outweigh the good aspects.
This isn’t a perfect analogy, but it almost feels like an abusive relationship. The unfair SYS, insanely expensive kollections, terrible GB odds, etc are so demoralizing that it makes us want to quit. But then, glu does something nice (like the 3 earnable dresses for fashion week) and it makes us think “okay... maybe they DO care about us” and we stick around. Right now, I don’t think glu really deserves much praise until some things change and this game becomes fun again.
