Missing Look SYS

Hi, I have used my two tickets to submit two new looks. My ticket was taken but the second look does not appears, it only shows the first one. What can I do?

    contact support please. go to the top left corner of your game screen.  ( lll/help/glu support ) 
    they will be glad to help.  Explain the situation,  it’s a more expedient way, to send an InGame Suppirt ticket.  Sorry you experienced this problem.
