@Nath_2019 whenever I have this issue I wait a while or close out my game (fully swipe up close out) and reopen it and then the video button typically pops up. I am on iOS and have not been having this issue

you need to go to app store and click on this icon, where you can see your subscriptions, apps, and now theres game center with your name. after you click on it, you can see all your gaming info and can add friends. hope this helped! 😄
Seriously Glu? You took away 10 of my daily videos for k-stars? You’re making this game unplayable. Fix this bullsh*t; it’s making me so angry! Stop taking away the tiny scraps of motivation that we still have to even open this app. I feel sad for the players who are in so deep that they’ll keep throwing money at you no matter how greedy and unfair this game gets. Do the right thing and bring back our 20 daily videos now!
The game keeps eating the k-stars I'm supposed to get from watching a video. I watch all 10 every day, but I never get the reward for the last video. I've contacted support before, they told me to just wait. Bruh I've waited for hours, shut up.
edit: I know it's just 1 k-star (actually 1-2), but out of the 60 videos I'm supposed to get from this Monday to Saturday today, I've only got 45. Yes I keep track, I have a whole-ass spreadsheet for my k-stars🤣

Venting time!!! You know what bothers me here about this bug with videos? Another game (i wont mention names because its not GLUs,but its a mobile one) had the same problem we are having here with different “bugs” (20/10 videos, videos not playing,skipping,no rewards) with the update released prob around the same time as kkh. And first, THEY came out said that they have been informed about the problems and they are working on the solution, compensated people for the loss since it was during and event, and today they released a small update with the fix and all is back to normal.
And people are happy and playing (😂paying) even more.
Is it too hard to expect the same treatment? How is it that majority of games that had the same problem (its mostly IOS,something about the new system is changed) and they managed to resolve this in less than a week,have been so open about it and spoke clearly of what is going on but GLU hasnt done that now or ever? Why is it so hard to be transparent with players that make the game what it is?
I wont go in deeper about the video=free important feature (k-stars in kkh case) because we could talk a lot but i know GLU just wont listen.
Not sure if it’s just me, but I haven’t been able to watch ANY videos for the last few days. Each time that I click “get free KStars” it automatically sends me to the offer page. 😭😭😭
Edit: I received this message when I logged back into my game. Strange that I have never adjusted this setting at all. Maybe it automatically did this with the update? Anyone else received this message? IOS 14 user here.

Is there any update on the issue(s)? It is the end of the week, it would be decent to inform us that it is a glitch and we can expect it to be resolved or it is the new business trick and we can leave in peace
Imagine how fast they’d fix the video issue if we were able to like watch more than 20 videos instead of 10 or less. 😅😅 (or something like that) If it’s a glitch we benefit from they fix it straight away. If it something that means we’re losing out, they leave us hanging for days. 😒
@samantha143 I think something like that happened one time and people could watch unlimited videos 🤣🤣 there was a mini update within 12 hours.
I confirm. It was when I started the game and I thought wow, what an easy game! I make money like it's nothing and then the next day there were only 5 videos 😂 But it was still good, I was able to get 140 kstars or something.
