Kalinda, we need an explanation. How is it that I’m scoring high 50s on a sys, to score LOW 30s on another sys? This just does not add up. Please be transparant about how the voting goes. Glu might be selling lies to their customers.

I gave up on trying to make semi decent looks, so that’s why this is a garbage look 😂, but I finally broke 40 😌 🙃. I’m just hoping get good enough scores so I can stay in gold for the next SYS.
can anyone help me, I don’t know what to do? a few days ago i lost 9 of these dyes trying to dye an item, because something went wrong with the connection. i’ve contacted support three times now, and they keep telling me they added them back, but they haven’t. do you guys know if there’s anything I can do about this???
I had the same issue and lost 6 green dyes but support told me that it's due to the device not being synchronized properly to the server. They also said that they can't "reproduce this issue on our end" and that they can't add the dyes back to my account. I don't know why they told you they could add it back to yours if they couldn't do it for mine though because that's so inconsistent and makes them look so messy. All they suggested for me was to try basic troubleshooting steps to dodge this issue 🙄

My experience with support is they won’t help you unless you keep messaging them and then suddenly they can help you. So don’t give up!!! The amount of stuff I’ve lost and not gotten because I gave up on support is insane 😢
Ahhh this isn’t related to the SYS event but I wanted to share! I have loved this FG for soooo long but never purchased it, always just admired it. I finally decided that the next time it came around, I was going to get it and I did and I love it 😭 I love the hair so much and the tights with the shoes it’s just all so cute 💕 I’m not doing too hot this SYS but this lifted my spirits 😊

I had already followed up on it twice already and at that point I was just annoyed and didn't give a f- anymore, it's a common dye anyways. Customer support just really needs to get it together, not once have they ever been able to help me.
