Definitely! it’s such a waste of diamonds, you can get 10 dyes for 1 diamond but also have the chance to get 12 with 5, very pointless. The dyes should be replaced with maybe a diamond, or some k-stars, maybe like a tb item, i don’t know. Also, you only ever get like one of the actual event items and the rest is rubbish - i don’t mind the tickets being in the boxes, but the dyes should definitely be replaced.

edit: Also, more than one event item should be available, just gives everyone a chance at something good!

Three weeks ago I wasted 55 diamonds (and 60 on my other game) on these boxes to get that pink gown. That's 11 and 12 boxes...9 of them on each game were dye!! Remove this dye! We deserve better!! I haven't opened a diamond box since!

there’s 8 fckng slots on a palette. there’s 4 new items. why is so hard to have all of them in one palette? there’s still place for tickets/kstars/old ts clothing and no scam.

My first palette surprisingly had all four items but of course I got dye 🙄 and I just opened 2 more boxes (each from a different palette) and BOTH palettes only had 1 item and the rest was dye. there’s already a box for just dye, that should be the only box that includes dye. not the new squad gift boxes or SYS diamond boxes

diamonds are already hard to come by unless you purchase them with real money, I’m sick of wasting them on ugly red and green dye

What a waste of diamonds. I tried 2 more times after this and got 12 green dyes and black jeans.
They should not put any dyes, energy or kash in these boxes. It’s hard enough earning diamonds and spending them just to get dyes or items that weren’t even advertised is so lame.

So since there were 8 dyes in one palette I contacted customer service to see if I can get a refund seeing I could of used 3 diamonds for 30 dyes and this is their response. The fact that they don’t even acknowledge that every item in that palette was dye speaks volumes. Better rewards??? Oh sure spend more diamonds!

I was so in love with the outfit you can win with the diamond boxes and you’re trying to tell me there was only ONE item in the palette? I just wasted 15 diamonds that takes CENTURIES to collect. Ridiculous!!!!
