Won't Collect Diamonds

I've been having this problem for a while now where when I try to collect diamonds, it will say I've collected them, but they're not added to my total.

I thought after updating, it would fix but it's still happening.

I'm trying to save up to buy certain things that cost diamonds but I can't collect them.

    Hi.sorry this is happening. Please send a ticket to customer care.  Go to the top left corner of your game screen and tap the 3 lines to access Options.  Then tap help and then tap Customer Care.   Explain the situation and send the ticket,  good luck. 
    If you are having trouble DO NOT UNINSTALL THE GAME!
