I´m so disappointed right now. It seems like I won´t get a chance to get the dress (which I loooove) because GLU screwed up and demoted me to bronze last week. And still no response from them, so I guess it´s my loss.
The amount of glitches and issues with this game has been insane lately. They really need to do something about this and give us a GOOD compensation for all of these unfortunate inconveniences.
Hard to feel excited about anything with all that is currently happening to the game, on top of the zodiac themes being really boring cause the amount of thought that went into the calls is 😬yeh...

We already contacted support, we are contacting support since the sys glitches first started, but nothing has been solved until now, support doesn’t answer, we need to wait days for some response and even when they answer, they don’t solve our problems. It’s always our internet connection, but we know it’s not.

Or it’s our storage since our phones are full of screenshots to be able to prove to support what we lost and probably still not get it💀
On top of all the issues with our games, the lack of help from customer service, and the disappointing prizes, another ‘it’s an air sign so wear these colours’ is a real let down.
I actually wouldn’t mind not having SYS until every problem is fixed, and I’m pretty sure other dolls feel the same. Like, what’s the point in playing when you’re missing (free and bought) tickets, no diamonds to buy boxes, being in the wrong level, and LOTS of other problems?... Quality over quantity, Glu. That’s all we care about.
I can't get excited about this theme knowing that I probably won't reach the last earnable without submitting extra tickets. Which I can't do because the tickets that I PAID MONEY FOR disappeared. And support has ignored me for 28 hours now. So yeah, I don't really care about the theme or prizes, sorry.
I don’t think this is that terrible considering the items can be used for the holographic theme (if they bring it back for tb) or a space theme but the top of the hair looks makes it look low quality 🥴

I’m just curious why some horoscope sys have good items and some have awful ones? Shouldn’t they all be equal in quality since not everyone is the same sign??? 🤔🤔
