Wow so many players are experiencing battery draining and device heating⦠I now only open my game to dress my doll for SYS, which takes about 4 minutes: battery goes down 15% and my phone gets insanely hot!Ā
So my phone was getting insanely hot after the update, but I had NO idea it was related to the game until coming to the forum and seeing it happen to so many others. Hoping they fix that immediately cause Iām not risking my phone for this game.Ā
They really are useless! Not trying to be mean but this is their normal response to any issues we have. Everything is always hunky dory on their end and the fact that we are all experiencing this problem means nothing to them and somehow we are the ones to always have to do the work for them. šĀ Also, if there is nothing wrong on their end then whatās the point of doing all this work and sending it to them???
My iPad is pretty robust and still itās getting warm, so I canāt imagine how other players phones are handling the game. Very worrying. I said this to my squad and Iāll say the same thing here. This isnāt like any other glitch weāve had in the game so it shouldnāt be treated as such. This really needs to treated with the upmost importance when peopleās battery life and devices are degrading because of a game. How do you expect players to finish events and simply play the game ? We would rather have a laggy game than our devices getting ruined in the long run. I really hope this is resolved as soon as possible and in the meantime no one elseās devices die.
@kokokokonut I just posted a comment and it says it needs to be approved (I didnāt edit it) it was a suggestion to add new tasks in the next update, can you approve it please? The length may be what triggered the needed approval. Thanks for your time!Ā
My ipad STILL isnāt letting me get into the game and now my iphone isnāt working with it either šš I had to dig out my old iphone that barely works just so I can finish the SYS event.

I think it might be warming up my tablet a little too now that I checked. And right when I opened an app that helps cool my tablet down, an app for this game pops up. Fix your game, Glu and be responsible when it's you causing the problem.
Glu needs to deal with whatever is making this update warm up people's devices. I'm going to have to cool my device every time I open the game. This might even be the final straw that pushes me into deleting it from my tablet.

For future reference Iām letting everyone know that Apple is adding a report a problem button on every app page. This button allows users to report an individual app for breaking a guideline amongst other things. I have already used it on the Remini photo app, for breaking an AppStore guideline, less than 6 hours later the issue was fixed.Ā
You werenāt able to do this previously, you could only report problems for things you paid for.Ā Sadly this is button gradually being added to app pages & isnāt on the KKH app page yet š

Tapping on it takes you to Safari, you are then to sign in to your Apple ID & doing that takes you to the report a problem websiteĀ

@WhatIsReality I saw an option that fit in with why I'm reporting it when I checked it. I should have taken screenshots but I just clicked to see what the options were so I'm not reporting it for a reason that doesn't apply.
No because itās just ridiculous how we have to do this in order for them to move their as*es and do something about the game. And itās all because they wanted to add something nobody wanted. Everyone was fine with how things were, we just wanted things that would actually IMPROVE the game. This is their fault. Not ours. Smfh. We shouldnāt have to prove anything when thereās a lot of people saying the same thing over and over again. And theyāre asking for āproofā. The āproofā yāall (glu) needs is here in the forum. Why would one person make up that their device is overheating and another person go along with it? They always want to believe that weāre lying and thatās not it. Itās the game that theyāre destroying because they want to continue being money hungry. Well hereās a newsflash, if the problem isnāt fixed, and peoples devices continue having problems, then youāre gonna lose money instead of getting it. Maybe try listening to your customers for once. Itās not that hard. š¤·š»āāļø
