Even tho I didn’t get 20 videos I wish they didn’t reduce the amount of kstars other players could earn from watching videos 😕 It’s so unfair to other players. I wish y’all let players who got 20 kstars by watching videos still get the same amount.

All players will have access to 10 daily videos. If you had access to 20 daily videos, you will have access to 10 daily videos now.
Im sorry @KalindaKing but this is really messed up!!! You guys literally are forcing players now to buy ingame. And aloy of us cant afford it as it is too expensive in our countries. That 20 videos a day is how we survived in the game!!!!
Before I updated the game I was in the middle of watching my 10 daily videos for kstars and then I realized the new update was probably out so I went and updated and then came back to watch the rest of my videos and now it won't let me watch them. But it's letting me watch videos for energy, Kash, to reuse sys items ect, but not my kstar videos. Please fix this!
Seriously glu reducing 20 videos to 10!!!! This is literally forcing players to buy. Seriously how much more pathetic can you get. I am gonna have to stop playing this game soon I think, every change is just making me loose interest now

Those of you who've always had videos for stars, whether it's 10 or 20, at least you had some. Depending on in game businesses & SYS prizes as your only source takes FOREVER to save anything up.
I'll be honest, I don't watch videos anymore because I really don't like the ads I get. None of the ads are tailored to things i'm interested in or have even looked up before. They're usually of someone getting cheated on or someone having a makeover because they're perceived as "ugly". I don't like them, I think they're inappropriate and I wish they would be removed.
@KalindaKing This is unfair. I'm a free player and earn 140 k-stars per week through 20 videos which half the time won't work. I mean what is the use of them reducing it to 10? Are clothes getting cheaper or something? Please tell glu this is unacceptable. I meant no harsh words towards you but only glu.
What's unfair is that everyone can't have 20... 140kstars a week can literally buy you a pop up dress most weeks- no wonder so many users could afford it, cause I could not
I think this was it for me as a free player if they really go through with this I'll quit this money hungry game. I don't know why glu keeps finding new ways to torture dolls. I mean every time you disappoint and anger us to a whole other level everytime there is a new update there has to be a 100 negative things so that you could push and disguise the less negative as positive in our heads and we'd be happy it happened just like the 5 diamond and 10 diamond db fiasco.
This is a new level of low glu. Shame on you for making it intolerable for all the dolls and eventually making all the free players quit the game with your money milking low blow techniques.

at least they finally fixed aia's body paint...? seems to be working with handhelds now ❤
I always thought it was unfair that paid players would have their videos reduced to 10. What kind of company punish someone for giving them money??? Shouldn't it be the other way around if you want to make people want to spend? I'm sure a lot of players that never spent felt like spending at some point and didn't to not lose the 20 videos. Its literally a dumb decision.
Regardless, I have no reason to want people who actually had the 20 videos to lose them. I just wanted to have them as well! And don't be fooled if you think the kstars you win by watching videos are free. They get paid for every add we watch.
Ps.: not talking about this anymore cause it makes no difference. The game barely works and we have eyebrows changed that nobody asked for as way to prove they listen to our feedback.

What platform do you play on? My iOS gam e never wants to update. I have to toggle airplane on and off, I close down, reopen. Finally I log out of Apple, and when I log back in, the update is ready to download and install. If you're iOS, try what I've described. If that doesn't work, or if you are Ahdroid and still can't take the update, send a ticket to Customer Care. Good luck.

To be fair if this is the case then free players will either quit or hack the game. At least I won’t keep playing with 10 videos a day because that won’t even get me the VIP clothes. And sure as hell I won’t spend real money.
Here’s a good idea get rid of Duets 🙄 these are so annoying, much like everything else in the game lately. We barely have enough clothes for one doll let alone two 🙄 please communicate this back to someone if they can cha he something as irrelevant as eyebrows then surely they can listen to this. Especially when majority of their customers/players have voiced the opinion.
Maybe keep the heart system but that’s it 🤦🏽♀️ Which that’s starting to be unfair as well. Fix your glitches 😭 if you can remove eyebrows and help everyone out by giving them 10 videos instead of 20 🤡 SURELY you can fix your glitches. Unless they’re intentional 🙄 Bc that wouldnt surprise me.

On kalindas early spoilers for last update, the kollection look had pointy eyebrows. Everybody have lol in the entire look bc it is what it is and they understood it as "remove the eyebrows".
@tortor The eyebrow problem is the one in which glu were supposed to also add horizontal spock shaped eyebrows which were seen in kalinda's spoilers but were not added in the game as the feedback was not that positive.
At this point I'm not even angry, I'm just sad and disappointed. I've been playing for years, since the game first came out, I'm a free player and the daily 20 kstars were the only thing that allowed me to at least slightly keep up with the game and with all the paid players. Honestly now I see no point to keep playing...
