Go to glumobile.helpshift.com, scroll to the bottom where it says contact us and then put what device you use, what game it is, and tell them the issue, and provide screenshots.

Yes! Same exact thing happened to me. I thought I did something wrong.
I'm not following the call that closely anymore since it doesn't make any difference anyway. I also don't like that some of us get the update later. We know updates affect our scores so it going to affect the weekend votes this time.
