    hi, I don't know if anyone is having the same problem, but earlier i used my pass points to get the pink jacket and gloves (free pass) and now I wanna use the items to submit a look but I can't find them anywhere 😭 and, of course, it says both items have been claimed. I tried restarting the app several times but it didn't worked. 
    Anyone knows what can I do? Thanks🖤

    It’s very hard to vote as mostly few same outfits are being used, I think that’s why nobody scores too well

    You have to contact customer service and send screenshots of where they were supposed to be in the closet, I’ve had it happen to me twice because of bad internet connection and they eventually gave me the items! Sometimes you have to be persistent though and it takes a while before they get back to you…

    @Elenaaa I’m not sure to be honest. The ones I do are visiting webpages. I was able to collect 26 diamonds just doing that. However, know that some can be hit or miss as far as actually rewarding the diamonds.

    Yesterday, I was voting in the voting booth and, I kid you not, every single look I voted for (which was on theme) was not the popular one. I’m not surprised people are struggling to get good scores seeing as the voting booth is an absolute mess😢 Fingers crossed votes pick up for you dolls, your looks are great!
