I just opened the game and the sys icon is gone so I can’t claim my prizes. I killed the app completely and opened it again and still not there. Had this happened to anyone else?

Send a ticket to customer Care. Explain what happened and see if they can help reclaim the Prizes. Sorry this happened. Good luck.

Ugh me too! I restarted the app and tried restore purchases (long shot, I know) but still have nothing. I sent a ticket to customer care but I’m thinking since the new SYS has already started they won’t be able to do anything.

I reached out to customer support and they gave me all my prizes quickly

They haven’t responded to me yet 😅 I submitted a bunch of extra tickets too to get the boxes

I'm also having to reach out to customer support since once Dream Wedding Sys ended and I wasn't awarded any prizes or even know how I did. I've closed and opened the app a few times too. Normally I click on my squad to see what place I made, and now that info is missing from almost all members of my squad.
