I missed out on the strawberry earnable dress last time and I was gutted. I recently got the ts dress in a box. I hope the earnables are in the boxes but I don't think they will be.

I am finally back!!! Imagine my dismay after over a year of being off of the game, every single one of my in game clothes, purchases, hairstyles and prizes are gone. Only my leftover currencies are left... and that's not a lot bc I spent it on all items that are now lost!!

So sad

I had all of the DB items from the original Pick of The Bunch SYS too..

The phone I used to play on ended up randomly switching off forever lol & I must have not backed up my Facebook account to it so.... Guess we're starting over dolls! 😔

Any advice is absolutely welcome bc I spent a pretty penny on this game for it all to be wiped away.

If you made purchases with actual money, not game currency, you can contact Customer Care, show them your receipts and see what they can restore for you. Also, if you play on iOS, there is a Restore special purchase button in the Starshop. Give that a try. Good luck, and contact customer care.

Sometimes when I make purchases and they haven’t shown on my account or if I don’t gain an item from something I usually just press restore purchases under the shop and it usually takes a few seconds and when you close the page it’ll give you what was missing. If not it’s pretty easy to just get some receipts from your bank or iTunes account that you made them on and send them to in the in-game live chat system. They’re usually quite easy and good with restoring things
