I totally agree because I run a kkh Facebook groups (dolls of kkh) and do weekly segments (I give a theme/requirements and everyone dresses their dolls and I edit us in different locations/places) and it’s hard enough when we lost new items and in game events 🥺 I don’t wanna lose my segments, editing help me cope with my chronic pain so I’m just gonna keep doing them until people stop coming…but I totally understand why people would just never log in due to lack of in game reasons.

A friend of mine who used to be a designer on the game told me that they would usually be off until the 5th of January and he thinks that someone just forgot to press a button and that he thinks they wouldn't end the game so abruptly. We shall see...

My third game sent in a ticket about 2 hours ago. This time I specifically asked when the Toronto Studio was reopening after the break. I thought that's specific and reasonable to ask. I'm going to check my old correspondence about breaks etc.

According to my dms, 2 years ago they got back Wednesday the 5th, perhaps it's always been the first Wednesday of the New Year. That rings a bell. So we'll check back tomorrow.

They just closed my second ticket and said "it's a known problem, this isn't the KKH experience we want our players to experience" and then closed it with no resolution or explanation.

I got the same response as Monica’s above, as a 2nd reply to 1 ticket. So I sent a ticket, they said they’d look into it, then without prompting replies a 2nd time with more generic info. And I also got 0ne of the nearly generic responses to the game that asked when break was over for the Toronto Studio. So I said they didn’t answer my question, and I rephrased. I’ve also noticed that previously our tickets were always signed by ethnic names. Now we get Dan, Amanda, Janet……

Anyone wanting to fill the KKH void should check out Disney Dreamlight valley. Apple Arcade, switch, pc, and consoles. Dream styles are like Sys. Plenty of quests. Just exited early access and recently got dlc. The clothing isn’t nearly as good, but it’s fun.

Absolutely rude and gross that they couldn't give us a heads up so we could buy boxes, use tickets, etc. Clearly it was more important to make any money they could until the very last minute. I will never start another game by Glu, how could I trust it? Oh well, at least I'm leaving angry which is better than sad.

This is insane? I just bought a HomeChef subscription to get k-stars during black Friday, if I had known there would be no more seasons I would have opened all the boxes I could have! Now I’ve sunk years and money into growing and collecting my closet, dressing up NPC, decorating houses and clothing my ‘kids,’ and i won’t be able to access the game in 4 months? I have 2000 k-stars to throw away? Frankly, what the mud

Lmao Glu just gave a huge slap in the face to all of the people who still loved and played the game even if there was not new quests or clothes. The disrespect is phenomenal, how could you treat your loyal players like that after all these years? I understand if the notice was short but they knew before the New Year’s Eve they wouldn’t continue the game. I’m glad I didn’t spend a penny on this game, uninstalling it right now, at least I’ll have some more storage lol
