To be honest until you posted this I wasn’t even sure it had happened, thought I must hve imagined it! But now I’ve gone back to Prague they want me to buy it again. Will put a customer care on and let you know
I have this exact same issue! Bought all the businesses I can, checked the offices and every venue countless times. Customs support just keep sending a cooker cutter response ☹️ Hoping the update will fix it
