• This is not normal and I never get this issue. If you are talking about being able to call celebs you meet in the game then sometimes they are available and sometimes they are not. For 30 contacts unable to help is very strange. I would suggest looking for people to add through GameCenter or FaceBook epically A-List celebs.

• Ok what worked was simply reinstalling the game and it asked if I would like to use the game stored on the iCloud or create a new game. Clicking on use iCloud stored game got me to where I'm at on my iPhone. Thanks
