Might be best putting in a ticket if not getting rewards! I lost my game on my other device and I got all my kstar items back sadly I couldn't get my event rewards back which I was more bothered about but glu are really good at helping. Really regretting the come back all my followers have gone :(

My game completely crashed this morning and didn't back up on iCloud properly :( So please be patient I'm happy to have friends and play as usual but unless your lower than level 10 I won't be able to gift for a while :(
