Of nobody is getting points for completing the daily episode, wouldn’t there be a better process than having each and every person submit a ticket stating they didn’t get points?
Has anyone ever requested a full refund of the money they’ve spent on this game? Poor updates have made those purchases value non existent and I just want an opportunity to salvage any money wasted on this now horrid game 😩
I don’t know why I keep torturing myself with this game. As soon as they implemented seasons, it’s been a shit show. From not being able to access seasons for a week, being called hackers because they broke the game and decided to blame the users, now this season is out and tbh most rewards are mid, your stretch goals…
Why aren’t stretch goals giving out more that 25 points? I completed both the spend 25 stars and I finish 5 professional gigs but my second level of each still only gives 25 points. Ruins the value of the stretch goals and simply makes it feel pointless to spend in game currency/finish events.
Like, it’s been more than 24 hours for most of us since we reached out to support. Either we were declared a hacker, or we have received absolutely no information whatsoever. Please give us something when your team is literally being paid to reply to us yet is choosing not to.
Can we get updates on when we are getting seasons for those of us who don’t have it? There’s literally nothing to do with the game and no idea when we are getting access to something we were already promised to have once our other events were taken from us.
Was so excited because I opened my game to a pop-up thinking I finally got seasons… nope, just another outfit pack I won’t buy that they’re promoting to me :////
I have completely lost access to an account because of doing this. Glu told me there was nothing they could do to recover the account. I do not intend to lose all my invested money by doing this again.
Not a hacker, have spent too much money on this game, but still no access to seasons. If I get accused of being a hacker I want every last dollar I spent on this game back. Absolutely ridiculous to accuse people of being hackers with zero reason.

As a paid player, I despise this update. I’m used to playing games that have season passes, but never have I played a game where they change the free rewards into things you now have to pay for. Got kicked for “not giving kudos” in my last crew yet I did just came back from a long hiatus. Decided I’d make my own crew now instead 😌 kicking people for being inactive for 48 hours. Someone who has given out less than 100 kudos can also be someone returning back to the game after being away. I joined, gave kudos, bought stars which ultimately gave the crew gifts, then wake up to find out I was kicked 🤣 sent total of 10 kudos and received 14 because i sent gifts, hmmm
