I have been playing SvZ2 for quite some time without encountering any problems. Today I just experienced a sudden lost of Glu credits ( gems) for unknown reason. This morning which last I checked I had 28 Glu credits and when I started to play in the evening, I realized I robbed of all except for 1 Glu credit left. How can I get reimburse for the missing Glu credits?

If that your credits didn't come back after doing that, you will need to file a ticket with customer support so they can look into you account and see what is going on. You can file a claim ticket at the following link. Good luck.;)
