Some Bros have ZERO ("0") Speed

As the title suggests, if I look through my Brotherhood, I have some Bros who are listed as having a speed of "0" or zero. When choosing these Bros to play alongside as AI controlled Bros in missions, they DO move about, so they clearly have an actual speed greater than zero.

Why are they listed in this manner, anyone? Have they deleted some of their pieces of armour resulting in this artificial statistic? Did those Bros not receive the FRAGGED pants as others did not receive the FRAGGED helm? Is this just a bug in the displayed stats? Does anyone else have Bros listed with zero speed in their Brotherhood?
