Last level?

It seems to me that "defeat the ice demon" is the last level.

To the south of the map, there's two road guardians but the area seems to be inaccessible?
Is that a future update, or is there something else I must do to unlock it?

Yeah, it sucked when I realized after getting all 260 stars, that I couldn't progress any further.

Lvl 31 is the cap right now super. It may go up after next patch.
