well, the last time I posted in here, I didn't get a response, but I'm going to try one last time. I've lost all my data. I had to restart at level one. can I get my progress back? as if that weren't bad enough, when I did start over, I collected over 12 glu credits, but it still shows 0. please fix it.

Yes, I've contacted the devs about the resets as it appears to be effecting several people. Can you tell me what device you're on? I also recommend submitting a Customer Care ticket to have the issue documented: http://glumobile.custhelp.com/app/ask
