Zombie Head In A Box?

Does anyone know what the zombie head in a box is for? I keep getting them but I can't find them in the store and I don't know where you would use it.

The Zombie Head fills your soul jar completely, regardless of how many you have. Great if you've spent them all, not so much if you are already full.
