"Save to the Cloud" and "Achievement"

Dear friends or Admins,

According to the google play page of SvZ2, there are ways of "Save to the Cloud" and checking the "Achievement". I just couldn't find any details about those two function.

Do I need to register Facebook or Google + to get those? Or there is a hidden manual or something.

Please enlighten me if you have any related experiences?

find out finally. register to google + and see those two options right away with some other stuff. dont know if facebook is the same.
