Game keeps shutting down!!

Ever since I updated my game, the app keeps shutting down whenever I'm playing half way. For example, I was trying to attack people to collect things using my soul jar, and suddenly the app just closes! Not only I didn't get the item that I wanted, I lost my soul jar (it's as though I used them but I didn't!). Does anyone face this problem in their iPhone 5 too? Or is it just me?
